The gauntly angular, unnervingly sexualized dystopian action of Aeon Flux is returning to MTV. According to THR, the cable network is developing a live-action reboot of the slickly-drawn animated series they ran in the ’90s. Of course, there already was a live-action Aeon Flux made as a widely panned 2005 feature film that saw Charlize Theron in the title role. But when has a trimmed-down TV budget ever not helped a live-action sci-fi project?
