Over the Labor Day weekend, Crazy Rich Asians continued its unwavering dominance at the top of the box office. Following an unheard-of sub-6% drop in its second weekend, the film now managed to keep its third weekend decline under 11%—and that’s if you don’t count Monday’s holiday take. If we instead look at the four-day numbers, Crazy Rich Asians made over $28 million, bringing its domestic total to over $110 million. The Meg held at second with $13.4 million, Mission: Impossible – Fallout climbed back to third with $9 million, and Operation: Finale and Searching battled it out for the fourth spot with a respective $7.8 and $7.7 million (estimated; the actuals could shift things). Also worth noting: thanks to John Cho being the star of Searching, that puts three Asian-led films in the top five. Because—sorry, haters—hailing from the Mariana Trench, that Meg shark is totally Asian.
