Well, never mind about Donald Glover’s Deadpool animated series. Though the project was a year ago given a straight-to-series order at FXX, the cable network has now dropped it from their lineup. As usual, the parting of ways is officially falling under the blanket of “creative differences.” It’s not yet clear whether producers Marvel TV and ABC Studios will find the series a new home or likewise abandon it. For now, Deadpool fans will just have to settle for the upcoming Deadpool movie, the multitude of Deadpool comics, and that weird guy from high school whose Facebook profile is always some variant of the Deadpool emblem.
