The most universally enjoyed musical made in decades has at last been made almost completely inaccessible. You can thank this, Cinefix’s re-cut La La Land trailer, which re-imagines Damien Chazelle’s instant classic as some more weird shit from the mind of David Lynch. It’s a fun parody, but more crucially, it makes the salient case that, honestly, David Lynch should direct an all-out musical. If it’s the Elephant Man story again, all the better! Think about it, Dave.
