Hocus Pocus, the only ’90s children’s comedy with a nostalgic following nearly as undeserved as Space Jam‘s, is getting a TV movie remake. The Disney Channel will reportedly produce a new television version of the film with a new cast and none of the original crew. Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy are currently not slated to appear, even in cameos. Online protests are imminent.
