Scorsese’s The Irishman to be entirely too long

According to the since-redacted New York Film Festival site, Martin Scorsese’s latest clocks in at an astounding 210 minutes—exactly three-and-a-half hours. Like, you couldn’t just make it a miniseries at this point, Marty?

If you’re ready to endure sitting in a theater for nearly a ten-episode sitcom season—featuring Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, and Joe Pesci as our scowling, CGI-faced Friends—the film hits NYFF September 27 before a limited run starting November 1.

If you’d rather be able to snack on this in easier-to-swallow bites, it hits Netflix November 27.
