With Archie still finding relevance somehow, The CW will in January debut their own take on the comics with the new series Riverdale. K.J. Apa stars as Archie, Camila Mendes plays Veronica, Lili Reinhart is Betty, the Suite Life of either Zack or Cody is Jughead, and also Luke Perry is around. Here’s the first trailer, which doesn’t reveal much in terms of character or plot but does show that now Archie definitely works out. This is the Archie that cannot WAIT to pop that varsity jacket off.
