Christopher Nolan’s Tenet now delayed indefinitely

Giving Tenet yet another obtuse mechanic involving time and masks, Warner Bros. has now taken the twice-delayed film off their schedule entirely.

Originally meant to hit theaters in mid July, Christopher Nolan’s latest has unofficially become a symbol of a return to cinema normalcy, movie buffs hanging their hopes for reopened theaters on the shared experience of John David Washington suckin’ a bullet back into a gun.

The film was last scheduled for August 12, but with COVID cases still on the rise in much of the US, the studio has, like all of us, realized that planning for any sort of ordinary future is completely futile. You’ll get Tenet when you get it. Or you’ll die first! Who knows!
