While Ben Affleck managed to escape playing Batman again, it seems Henry Cavill has not yet squirmed out of his grippy rubber coating.
Deadline is reporting that Cavill is in talks to once again put an S on his chest (which stands for “hope”) and reprise the iconic role of Superman. It’s said Warner Bros. has still given up on Superman movies, but the superhero would instead show up in another character’s film—perhaps playing second fiddle to a somehow more bankable character like Aquaman. And perhaps then Cavill’s Superman will finally stay buried.
