Yet another of Hollywood’s innumerable sex pests has been caught and tossed to the curb.
Rick and Morty creator Justin Roiland, facing charges of domestic abuse and being a complete creep with teenage girls, just got disowned from two of the major companies that were paying to keep him boozed up enough to think it was a good idea to DM a 16-year-old and call her “jailbait.”
Adult Swim cut ties with Roiland yesterday, saying the company had “ended its association” with him but promising that Rick & Morty’s seventh season would go on. Hulu, producer of Roiland’s Solar Opposites and Koala Man, have since followed suit with exactly the same language. Turns out, being an abusive sex criminal isn’t something that’s cool to be associated with anymore.
