Joseph Fiennes Is a Questionable Michael Jackson in the ‘Urban Myths’ Teaser

Following the attacks of September 11, 2001, as New York City and the nation as a whole came together in solidarity, a notably bizarre trio decided to instead GTFO. As the dubious story goes, Elizabeth Taylor, Marlon Brando, and Michael Jackson hastily packed into a rental car and fled the city, making it to Ohio on their cross-country trip. Now, to add another level of unlikelihood to that tale, we’ve got it being re-enacted with Joseph Fiennes playing a horrifying M.J. He looks like Jim Henson’s Creature Shop created Criss Angel. And he’s joined by Stockard Channing’s Elizabeth Taylor, Brian Cox’s Marlon Brando, Eddie Marsan’s Bob Dylan, Ramsay Bolton’s aptly-cast Hitler and more in Urban Myths, an anthology series of weird celebrity tales premiering next week on Sky Arts. It’s not yet clear when outside-the-U.K. audiences may get to see more of this bizarre blackgross-face routine.
