Gundam is about to get even more real than that little model on your desk, you dork.
Netflix has reportedly started work on a Gundam movie, with Kong: Skull Island’s Jordan Vogt-Roberts set to continue his oversized action work as director. It’s not yet clear what the film will involve other than piloting giant robot dudes, but that’s up to comic book icon Brian K. Vaughan to sort out—he’s writing the script.
While Vogt-Roberts was already set to inevitably infuriate geek culture with a Metal Gear Solid adaptation, it’s said Gundam is likely taking priority.
