I mean, maybe a few personal preferences, but not much. So just go ahead and watch this first trailer for Paul Thomas Anderson’s latest period piece, Phantom Thread. The incomparable Daniel Day-Lewis stars as a fashion designer who seems to be having some issues with a new relationship. It looks like Charlotte Brontë’s Tommy Hilfiger biopic in the best way possible. Let’s hope it can live up to our impossible expectations when it hits theaters Christmas Day.
