Sacha Baron Cohen apparently already completed a Borat sequel

Offering the next generation a chance to incessantly hear terrible impressions of a fictional Kazakh, Borat is apparently returning to the screen.

According to Collider, Sacha Baron Cohen recently, semi-quietly shot a Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan sequel, and it’s already been screened for some industry insiders. It’s unclear whether original director Larry Charles returned for the follow-up, and it’s equally unclear how the concept will again work given the character’s infamy. Maybe now it’s just testing how long a person in 2020 will tolerate a “very niiiice!” bit?
