It’s Netflix’s The Santa Clarita Diet, a series that sees Drew Barrymore and Timothy Olyphant as a cheerful realtor couple in a classically idealized, two-child, nuclear family. The twist: Barrymore has recently died and returned, undead and craving human flesh—leading her and her husband to start Dextering up Santa Clarita, murdering the city’s most deserving to feed her insatiable bloodlust.
