Four Lions writer-director Chris Morris has another film making an uncomfortably funny satire of terrorism. Have a look with the trailer for The Day Shall Come, Morris’s take on The Tailor of Panama, a film about the government installing a terrorist as a patsy and it all getting predictably out of control.
In other hands, the subject would almost certainly be a shit-show, but with Morris at the helm, it’s almost certain to be a genius, painfully on-the-nose take. The Day Shall Come hits US theaters September 27.
