Disney had added yet another title to their ever-growing list of live-action adaptations. According to The Hollywood Reporter, now the studio is developing a remake of Lilo & Stitch, the 2002 animated feature about a Hawaiian girl and her horrifically malformed surfing koala thing. “Up-and-comer” Mike Van Waes is set to write the script about the terrible bear-gremlin from Hell and his girl-captive.
