Well, turns out there’s a reason the poster for Wes Anderson’s latest looks a helluva lot like a New Yorker cover. The writer-director’s The French Dispatch is apparently full-on inspired by the magazine and some of its decades-old profiles, and The New Yorker itself (where else?) has the full story on who’s who and what’s what.
They also have a few stills from the film to tide us over until the trailer drops tomorrow. Rest assured: it all looks exactly correct.
