Do you like It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia? Well, here’s a new show that Sunny executive producers/writers Rob McElhenney, Charlie Day, David Hornsby, and Megan Ganz all play some (sometimes behind the scenes) role.
In Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet, McElhenney stars as the narcissistic gaming studio head who’s driving his team to create a legacy in his own image. In this trailer, he seems to more or less be doing his Mac thing, so that’s pretty funny, but almost all the rest of the trailer is Charlotte Nicdao just saying variations of seriously??? which is not very funny at all. That is the humor of a broadcast television commercial. Hopefully she—and co-stars Hornsby, F. Murray Abraham, Imani Hakim, Danny Pudi, Ashly Burch, and Jessie Ennis—will have some other, better lines when the series hits Apple+ February 7.
