<em>Aquaman</em> hits theaters next week, officially turning what was once a dorky white-guy thing into something a bit more diverse, heavy on computer effects, and filled with an unbearable array of hoots, yips, and hollers. To celebrate, Pitbull has, fittingly, decided to do the same thing for Toto’s “Africa.”
The result: “Ocean to Ocean,” a song that’s basically just a Toto cover in which Pitbull rhymes “Gatsby” with “Banksy” and “sea” with “see.” Rhea provides the familiar “Africa” chorus.
Despite the song being written expressly for his motion picture soundtrack, you just know Aquaman is still going straight for Skynyrd on the jukebox.
