Ever as ambitious as it is misguided, the DC Extended Universe currently has at least 20 films in one stage of development or another. Or, rather, it did until today, because now that’s become 21 with the announcement that Warner Bros. has started work on a Supergirl movie. According to Deadline, Cloverfield Paradox writer Oren Uziel is already scripting, but little is known about what approach he’s taking. Probably not this one, though:
