The Matrix—that Joe Biden of films that you thought was kinda cool way back when but isn’t looking so great now that it’s lost the leading black guy—is returning to the national stage no one wants to see it on.
Variety reports that Lana Wachowski is attached to write and direct an inexplicable fourth Matrix franchise entry. It’s said that Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss are set to reprise their roles as Neo and Trinity. It’s also said that Neo and Trinity probably died in The Matrix Revolutions, but nobody cares enough to even remember or look into the matter, so it’s fine and this is a movie that will come out in a year or two.
