Heller again: Madea already coming out of retirement for 12th movie

It seems even death cannot kill Madea. Hallelujer.

Though Tyler Perry claimed he would retire Madea with 2019’s A Madea Family Funeral, that is apparently no longer the case. Now he’s reportedly set to again put on a grey wig and absolutely no other aging effects to reprise his old lady character for A Madea Homecoming. Perry’s deal with Netflix will send the dozenth Madea feature straight to the streaming service.

It’s admirable at least in that, if Madea is going to be gone forever, she should clearly die onscreen. It should be like The Godfather: Part III, Madea collapsing off a chair after a strained “goodber…”
