Just a year after Marriage Story, the unpleasant awkwardness of watching married couples fight is headed to screens again with The Nest. The sophomore feature effort of Martha Marcy May Marlene director Sean Durkin sees Jude Law, Carrie Coon, and their kids moving for the fourth time in ten years. “This is a fresh start,” Law says. But it is not a fresh start. A lot of old resentments clearly made their way onto the U-Haul.
Law and Coon will hopefully suss out who the issue of who their horses were bought for when it hits theaters September 18.
