As a writer and actor on two Scary Movies, Dance Flick, two A Haunted Houses, and Fifty Shades of Black, Marlon Wayans is no stranger to making new, wackier iterations of already-tired ideas. His latest effort sees him taking a similar (though non-spoof) approach to the oft-imitated Groundhog Day with the Netflix original Naked. Wayans stars as a neglectful man-child who passes out drunk in a hotel elevator the night before his wedding. The next morning, he wakes up naked there an hour before his wedding—only to re-live that hour again and again until he reforms himself for his bride to be. Welcome to the seemingly unending purgatory that is a White Chicks/Little Man double-feature, Marlon.
