According to Deadline, Christina Ricci has signed on to join the Tim Burton-helmed Netflix series Wednesday. Though her role hasn’t been revealed, it’s apparently more than a winking cameo. Sources say she’ll be a series regular in an all-new role. Seeing as Jenna Ortega has already been cast in the title role, perhaps Ricci will be a mentor in the world of having a ridiculously teardrop-shaped head?
