Giving us another chance to watch Leonardo DiCaprio down some champagne, the star is reportedly circling the lead in an American remake of Another Round.
DiCaprio and his Appian Way banner reportedly just won a long-running bidding war for the rights, and are developing it as a vehicle for the actor. (Not coincidentally, Another Round just won Best International Film at the Oscars.)
The film sees a group of teacher friends who take part in a self-made experiment in dosing themselves with enough alcohol to just keep a good buzz going all the time. Mads Mikkelsen starred in the original, and sorry, Hollywood, but getting DiCaprio for the remake is not the upgrade you think it is.
