Good news for everyone who recognized that Ragnarok is the only Thor worth watching. Taika Waititi—the director who turned that film into the colorful, hilarious reinvention of the superhero that was desperately needed—is putting off the questionable live-action Akira he signed on for to instead reportedly make ANOTHER THOR MOVIE.
With James Gunn likewise returning for a third Guardians of the Galaxy—but only after he makes Suicide Squad 2—it’s unclear how Thor’s story will line up given the way Avengers: Endgame ended its, uh, game. But, hey: Korg! You know we’re getting some Korg! Bless those Asgardian gods.
